Competition Terms and Conditions for Give Away with Brucefield Estate May 2023

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 21 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of Brucefield Estate, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

4. The Prize = 1 x 3-night stay at Brucefield Estate Schenbothy must be redeemed and used by 21 Dec 2023. The 3-night stay dates are subject to availability of Brucefield Estate; excluded dates include UK bank holidays and weekends adjacent to a bank holiday, and 1 to 14 August 2023.

5. Travel costs are not included.

6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher.

7. To enter, entrants must like the post, and follow the Instagram accounts of Berriestagram, BrucefieldEstate and AmyBrittonProducts, and comment on the post tagging a friend they would like to bring.

8. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Brucefield Estate, from all valid entries received by noon on 31 May 2023.

9. The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram from @BrucefieldEstate, within one week of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 5 days the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

10. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

11. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.

12. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.

13. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that, if they win they agree to be bound by Brucefield Estate booking terms and conditions paragraphs 10 to 34 which are available at www.brucefieldestate.scot.

15. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that, if they win they agree to pay any extras at the standard rate as advertised on www.brucefieldestate.scot eg bringing of dogs and ordering of food or activities.

16. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

17. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from acceptance of the prize or participating in this promotion beyond its reasonable control.

18. The Promoter is Brucefield Estate.

19. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
