    Private chef Douglas MacNair, formally known as Stickman Food Co. brings you our brand new Cook over Coals experience. Using only the finest local ingredients chef Douglas creates a parcel of pre-prepared deliciousness that comes complete with charcoal for you to roast at your own pace, at your own firepit.

    As many ingredients as possible are sourced from local farms, butchers and fishmongers within a 15 mile radius of the estate. Enjoy the comforts of a top quality restaurant meal on your own terms.
