Day 1 eg Thursday

  1. Arrival: to Brucefield Estate (by bicycle, car, train). Any guests arriving by public transport will receive a complementary no-dig tree planting session (can be done at any time during their stay).

  2. Dine like a local and experience vibrant colour and taste with Anna’s carefully curated menu at The Aviary in the pretty village of Dollar (15 mins away)

 Day 2

  1. Morning: wake up to your very own tailored yoga session in your accommodation. Before your visit, Jemma of The Yoga Hut Fife will have created a bespoke session for you based on your requirements.

  2. Afternoon: now feeling fully refreshed, breathe in the scent of Norway spruce pine needles, roll your hand over the sumptuous mosses on our guided History & Wildlife Tour. You’ll discover bird song, fungi and 300-yr old trees deep in the forest.

  3. Evening: sample the delicacies brought to you by private chef Douglas McNair. All freshly prepared including delicious sauces cook your dinner under the stars on your firepit, with the comfort of knowing as many of the ingredients as possible are sourced within a 15 mile radius of the estate.

  4. Afternoon: History & Wildlife Tour with tree planting at Brucefield Estate with

 Day 3

  1. Morning: Take a walk around Scotland’s best example of a 17th/16th century royal burgh town in Culross. Crow-stepped gables, cobble-stoned streets and often used as a filmset location this village and its fine Palace are not to be missed.

  2. Afternoon: the magic of the forest awaits you with a personalised Birch Disc Trail hung with red ribbons for you to collect as you make your way to a flaming firepit and picnic hamper from Polly's Pantry. Whether it’s to pop the big question, or simply dine outdoors this will be an evening you won’t forget - and the birch discs will be your keepsake. . before the viist the team will have discussed yur on more woodland Golf at world renowned Gleneagles or St Andrews courses. (37 mins to 1 hr) Alternatively, try our local courses at Muckhart, Tulliallan or Glenbervie and you’ll widen your experience
